SUPPORTING BUDDHIST EDUCATION
Education has played a central role in the preservation of Buddhism for centuries.
Within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, monasteries and educational institutions have safeguarded philosophy, meditation, language and sacred teachings through generations of careful study.
The Trust may support educational initiatives that help monks, nuns and students continue this tradition of learning.
This could include study materials, educational programmes and other appropriate support for Buddhist education.
PRESERVING KNOWLEDGE
Some forms of education do more than prepare us for the future — they preserve something precious from the past.
